Press Cancel in your plan above, then confirm. Pro runs to the end of the period already paid for (a month or a year); your account then returns to Free with nothing removed, and the Pro tools lock again.
Consumers in the EU and UK may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, with the withdrawal control in your plan above (Terms, Section 7). Otherwise payments are not refunded for the rest of a period already paid for; Pro stays on until that period ends. If you believe you were charged in error, write to [email protected].

Nothing is deleted. Trades, holdings, history and everything you saved stay. Research goes back to its Free view: each tool works on its example, and Pro is offered where you press a Pro control. The Pro figures on Portfolio are blurred again, and the Free limits apply the next time you add something, such as a fourth price alert.
You enter your card on Stripe’s payment page, not on JagSim. Stripe is the payment processor JagSim uses. JagSim never sees or stores your card number.
No. JagSim is paper trading: a simulated account at live prices (stocks during US market hours, coins around the clock). No trade here wins or loses real money. The only real charge on this page is Pro.
Nothing changes. Your paper account keeps every trade and holding when you get Pro, and when you cancel.
No. Pro shows data about companies and about your own paper trading. It does not tell you what to buy or sell. Nothing on JagSim is investment advice or a promise of profit.
Yes. Coach Jag is part of Pro and is not sold on its own.
