Keep your login secure. Don't share or sell your account. Don't impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Don't cheat the leaderboard, use bots, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation.
JagSim's content, code, and design belong to JagInsights LLC. Don't copy or redistribute without permission.
JagSim is provided "as is" with no warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JagInsights LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any real-world decisions you make based on it. Our total liability is capped at $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
