JagSim is operated by JagInsights LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Your email address (required to sign in).
• Profile data you create: username, avatar, in-game stats (XP, coins, streak, run results).
• Basic usage analytics (page views, device type) to improve the site.

2. How we use it

• To run your account and show your scores on the leaderboard.
• To send sign-in emails and account-related messages.
• To improve the product.

We do not sell your data.

3. Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate JagSim: Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email), and Cloudflare (hosting). They process data on our behalf under standard data-protection terms.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on these pages.

5. Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Age

JagSim is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

7. Changes

If we materially update this policy, we will post the updated date at the top.
